I have been training with Jessica Morris since 2017, when after years of extreme dieting and exercise I found myself at my heaviest, extremely tired and always unhappy. At that time, a friend of time who is also a health professional, recommended Jessica because of her holistic approach and well-rounded knowledge of not only fitness, but also nutrition.
What I didn’t know then, was that Jessica would steer me on my long journey to discovering the underlying health issues that were preventing me from losing weight. From her vast knowledge of the body, she was able to recognize that something wasn’t right, what I have been telling medical doctors and family members for years. Had she only focused on what I was eating and what workouts I was doing, I might never have figured out the roadblocks I needed to address before I could lose the weight.
Training with Jessica has been one of the greatest educational experiences of my life. She has given my so much more than mean plans and workouts, she has shared years of her hard earned education and wisdom with me.
Today I am 60 pounds lighter that first, very difficult day in the gym. I am stronger than I ever thought I could be, and doing workouts that I not only enjoy, but ones I know will keep me healthy and strong as I become older. I now have a deeper understanding and appreciation of my body, inside and out, and I owe that entirely to Jessica.
Making the decision to train with Jessica has been one of the BEST things I have ever done for myself. Like most women, I have always found the gym to be an intimidating place but the moment I met Jessica this feeling and my mindset quickly changed.

Jessica’s dietary knowledge is a massive plus and has helped me see results I never thought were possible. Jessica is truly the one and only one who has ever helped me achieve all my fitness and nutrition goals and what I though would only be a 6 month journey is now three years running with no end in sight!
I can tell you that the hardest step is starting but once you do—you won’t want to stop! If you are looking for a person to help transform yourself physically and mentally—Jessica is your person and I promise you will never want to give her up!
I have worked with Jessica both in-person and on the JMH app when in-person training was no longer allowed during Covid-19. Working with Jessica is motivating and up-lifting. She has a wonderful ability to motivate you to push yourself more than you think your body will do and encourage you to believe in yourself. She has so much knowledge of training and nutrition and I learned so much from her about how the body works and the importance of strength training as I get older. She helped me change my eating habits and adopt a cleaner and healthier eating style that would fuel my body to perform. After every training session I felt stronger and better about myself—I always finished the session in a better mood!
When I had to go online with the JMH App, Jessica made personalized programs fro me to help me continue to reach my goals. She sent supportive messages and adapted the workouts when I was having problems or needed something new to keep me motivated.

Jessica Morris's passion for nutrition and fitness is contagious. She has educated and inspired me to achieve my desired results. Her knowledge of specialized diets (vegan, paleo, gluten free etc.) is unmatched and her ability to simplify her knowledge so that people like me can understand it, is incredible.
