Jessica is a great trainer who I'd gladly recommend to anyone. I came in with limited experience and poor dietary habits and Jessica took no time at all to whip me into shape. In the gym her focus on good form and compound exercises combines well with her persistent nature and positivity to generate great results. Jessica was patient in teaching me to do everything correctly but our sessions were still fast paced and she relentless in making sure we got the most out of our time together. The dietary consultation was an eye opening experience and combines well with Jessica's training to produce quick results. Your training sessions also nicely double as informal recaps on the dietary aspects to her "program". All in all Jessica provides a great service at a good value and anyone and everyone is wise to work with her!
